Arvind started his career as a co-founder of a Boutique Investment Advisory firm, Autus Wealth, along with his brother. The firm manages financial assets for its clients with exceptional success, in the process gaining their trust and long-term patronage. They followed up this business with a venture in the Insurance Industry, by setting up Vantage Insurance Brokers, which grew to become one of India’s most respected Employee Benefits Broking firms. Through Vantage, he guided the team to deliver best in class value added services to its clients many of whom were blue chip companies both Indian and multinational.

Later he merged Vantage with JLT, which was one of the leading global insurance broking firms at the time. At JLT, he got the opportunity to work in a global organization at a senior level and grow the India business, while retaining the firm’s entrepreneurial culture. In 2019, Arvind joined Mercer to lead the India business of Mercer, the world’s premier consulting firms in the areas of Health, Wealth and Career where he grew the business and team successfully for a little over 5 years.

He is now part of the leadership team at Loop Health which is India’s first health assurance company, using data, technology and high-quality medical expertise with an aim to deliver an empathetic people-centric health care experience that helps people live longer. Today, a few hundred companies and millions of individuals across India trust Loop to make a difference to their lives, through its health assurance solutions.

Arvind, additionally is mentoring a few other companies as a member of Advisory Board and one such company is Phi EDGE Talent Enhancer LLP where he will play a critical role to guide the leadership team to be one of the most successful people consulting and technology firms in India.
